The Taiwan Excellence Gaming Cup returns in 2020 for its 7th year, becoming India’s longest running Esports championship! As one of India’s biggest annual gaming tournaments, TEGC has become a platform to discover, promote and reward the best Indian gamers and gaming teams out there!
Having started with introducing CS:GO and DOTA 2 co-op competitive gaming tournaments, TEGC 2018 saw the introduction of the single-player competitive gaming phenomenon – PUBG. TEGC 2020 brings back all THREE top games back in a bigger and better way, offering a prize pool of RS.10,00,000. What’s more, the winners of the CS:GO tournament will win a trip to Taiwan, to participate in the Taiwan Excellence 2020 ESPORTS CUP!
Schedules for the various tournaments are as follows:
CSGO: – online qualifiers – 12 to 18 August 2020; Playoffs: 4 September – 6 September
Dota 2: – online qualifiers – 12 to 18 August 2020; Playoffs: 4 September – 6 September
PUGB: – online playoffs – 2 games per day, for 20 days: 8 July – 21 August
