Reach the top ledge and enter the left building. Replenish your ammo and go through the window. Wait until the top enemy stops watching the middle staircase. Quickly rise up and then move closer to the ceiling. Move to the left through the corner.
A wooden beam leads to the end of the mission
Don't go to the main goal of the mission yet. Explore the lower territory first. There you will find the last shard of the Animus. To get this, you must first pass through two new enemies.
After you get the last secret, you can return to the upper ledge. Jump onto the roof of the building where you found the shard. Jump to the left edges and use them to reach the top ledge. Now you have to go through the wooden beam. This will take you to the entrance of the Empress' room.
Fragile items in the Subway

An example of a fragile object is to use the main cannon of the Batmobile
In the underground tunnels of the metro, four destructible objects need to be destroyed. Eliminating them will not increase your solved puzzle counter by four, because the game increases the puzzle counter every five destroyed objects. The objects in the subway are considered part of the secrets of Founders Island, and you'll find eleven more on the surface. This means that you have to solve three puzzles (15 broken objects - 11 on the surface and 4 in the subway).
Use the Batmobile's 60mm cannon on the objects. They are painted red and can be found mostly on the walls of the building. You shouldn't have much trouble finding them.
Jump over the hole and collect the shard
Run to the next window. After crossing the room, go outside through the window and jump on the enemy. Climb the pole and jump further to the right. The earth will collapse when you find yourself behind prison bars. You must quickly perform a slide under the collapsed floor on the lower floor. Keep running forward. After jumping off the horizontal pillars and walking through the destroyed floor, you will see the fourth Animus fragment below.
Jump between the walls to the top of the tower
Enter the tower and jump between the walls until you reach the top. Jump to the post from the roof. At the bottom of the post you will find the last fragment of the Animus. To achieve this, you have to perform a long jump. Climb up, go through the last destroyed floors, jump out of the end of the building to complete the sequence.
